About Roofing Doctors & Building Specialist
We are a trusted, family-run roofing and property maintenance team based in Yorkshire. Dedicated to quality workmanship, honest advice, and dependable service, we ensure your home stays protected whatever the weather.
Our story and values
Roofing Doctors was founded on a genuine passion for proper trade workmanship and practical property care. As a family-run business, we believe customer satisfaction and trust must come first. Combining years of hands-on experience across roofing, damp proofing, and structural maintenance, our team treats every home as if it were our own.
Diagnosing the root cause
We do not believe in pressure selling, scare tactics, or unnecessary jobs. We thoroughly inspect your property, diagnose the exact cause of any leak or structural issue, and talk you through our findings with photographic evidence. You receive transparent advice and clear quotes tailored specifically to your home and budget.
Guaranteed workmanship
We stand firmly behind the quality of our craft. That is why we provide before-and-after photographs for total clarity alongside written guarantees on qualifying works—including up to 25 years on new roof installations, 10 years on selected roofing projects, 5 years on key repairs, and 20 years on qualifying damp proof course installations.
"Roofing Doctors diagnosed our damp and roof issues straight away without any hard sell. The before-and-after photos gave us complete confidence, and the team left the site spotless."
